As an occupational therapist and a massage therapist, I employ a combination of massage and soft tissue manipulation techniques within the framework of occupational therapy.

I am passionate about collaborating with clients, listening to what the body communicates, and problem solving together.

When treating adults with neuromuscular or soft tissue pain and dysfunction, I work with them to identify and address the source of the pain through manual manipulation and client feedback. Clients actively participate and collaborate in treatment sessions, identifying goals, deepening their relationship with their bodies through increased proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness, and playing active roles in their treatment and pain reduction.
